STAND UP AND BE COUNTED-it's tax day and Tom stood up yesterday and sat in chair-a first for a long while--they plan to do a little more temporary dialysis again tomorrow as lab tests showed his creatnin was high again, (grr), but over all-we are marching. Will be back over to Tampa in day or two again to say Hello, and share with him all the greetings, love, hugs, prayers that are coming his way (and mine)-thanks so-

So Tom has been up on his feet and in the chair for a couple of hours! Fantastic! That must have felt good to him too. "Mr. Tortoise" is climbing the hill to recovery even if there are still some bumps along the road! Keep cheer and hang in there! Lots of love from your cheering section in NH, Kent & Sharon

ReplyDeleteWow, he must have really wanted to "celebrate" tax day! So glad to hear it--little steps lead to great progress. Just think where he was three weeks ago if you want to be cheered. We're looking forward to that silly grin and funny faces in the future! Spring is beautiful in Iowa, as I'm sure it is in Florida--hope he can soon enjoy it, too.
